kasi naguilty ako when we passed through BF guardhouse and i read the passage ‘do not take good health for granted’… hhe..
niloloko lng ako ng tatay ko… there is, yet, no known link between having osteoporosis and heart attack through caffeine… hhe…
moving on… i read na 300mg ang moderate dose ng caffeine for one person.. pero wala nman clang cnabi kung per day/week/month/year yun… bahal cla.. i have no idea how 300 mg weighs.. bsta lam ko maxado maliit yun…
chka… i’m not taking caffeine as it is nman eh… i intake them through beverages… kaya wala akong literal na idea kung gano karami ang caffeine sa kape…
LoL… so far.. my research helped…although i would not contain my constant cravings… right now… gsto ko ulit ng cinnamon…=D
