the coffee madness

i've always been warned on how coffee makes our bones brittle, lessen our calcium content, and dehydrates our stomach...kaya i made my own research on caffeine itself...

kasi naguilty ako when we passed through BF guardhouse and i read the passage 'do not take good health for granted'... hhe..

niloloko lng ako ng tatay ko... there is, yet, no known link between having osteoporosis and heart attack through caffeine... hhe...

moving on... i read na 300mg ang moderate dose ng caffeine for one person.. pero wala nman clang cnabi kung per day/week/month/year yun... bahal cla.. i have no idea how 300 mg weighs.. bsta lam ko maxado maliit yun...
chka... i'm not taking caffeine as it is nman eh... i intake them through beverages... kaya wala akong literal na idea kung gano karami ang caffeine sa kape...

LoL... so far.. my research helped...although i would not contain my constant cravings... right now... gsto ko ulit ng cinnamon...=D

my own room!

yey! i finally have my own room! hehe... ang exciting kya mag decorate... kaso i want my room to be comforting kaya everything there's meant to lighten my load... haha... wala... actually... books and music lng nman gsto ko dun eh...

i'm going to remove 'cassette/cd player' in my wishlist... kasi meron na ko!
hindi nmn meron... pero prang ganun narin... akala ko ksi may pera pa ko enough to buy a stereo for myself... pero when i checked my piggy bank... wala na pla! naubos ko ng hindi nmmlayan! haha... kaya ayun... d2 pumasok ang aking pagka resourceful!

well... i used my discman as a stereo.. pero lam nmn ntin na wala shng speaker so i took our extra computer speakers and attached it there... miraculously... it worked! hehe....

bsta ayun... haha... kaso i have very few, actually wala, interesting books in my shelf kaya gusto ko bumili ng books... kaso.. i'm temporarily out of cash kaya nananawagan ako sa mga may mabuting kalooban... bigyan nyo ko ng books! basta maganda at interesting for me... ayus na! haha...check my wishlist! kahit hindi pasko... marami akong kailangan... be my santa claus!

gusto ko ng Dan Brown books... khit ano... davinci, deception pt, angels and demns...blah...
gusto ko rin ng Chocolate books... no, not a recipe book for chocolate dishes pero yun.. Chocolate for a woman's hungry soul... prng ganun (pero di ganun ung exact title) pra shang Chicken Soup for the Soul... hehe...

hehe... oh... i think i'm eating too much caffeine from coffee... tsk..

onga pla... i lost 4 pounds na! hehehe... sna 22o... bka cra ksi ung weighing scale nmen eh... XP

RnB!

hello! asa RnB kmi (first time!)...I'm with my friends....haha...ang cool pla d2... ala starbucks!... pero it's a little cheaper... tapos my free internet pa! n_n!

haha.... ang fun d2!i finally had my cinnamon treat! haha.... and i had two! hehe... tapos.. wala lng... i love it here.... the nearest tambayan from home! wuhoo!

haha... feel ko... i'll be considering this as a tambayan na rin! hihi... i LOOOVEEE COFFEEEE!!!

haha..di ako sure sa spelling... pero gusto ko ng cinnamon!
haayy... nababagot na ko...

u know what? the story by lemony snicket is getting into my nerves! naiinis ako.. walang magandang nangyayari!
oh well... dpat tlga pinaghahandaan yan..pero sa for... maganda nman sha!

haha...^^;;
i'm excited... i wanna redesign my future room na! since my sister's leaving very soon... i have to design MY room according to my preference... pero kelangan ng pera!
i can't just pull and pull things in my room leaving the other places deserted!
